1. Definitions and interpretation

1.1 Operator. “Living Life Asia”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LivingLifeAsia.com by NUTSHELZ, a Sole Proprietorship registered in Singapore under registration number UEN 53027939L, with registered address at 1 Bukit Batok Crescent #02-02, Singapore 658064.

1.2 Site. “Site” means livinglifeasia.com and all pages served from that domain.

1.3 Content. “Content” means all text, data, tables, charts, images, and other material published on the Site.

1.4 Engagement. “Engagement” means a defined piece of advisory work agreed between Living Life Asia and a client, as described on the page at /services/how-we-work/.

1.5 User. “User” means any person who accesses the Site.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the Site, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Site immediately. If you access the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Information and its limits

The Content on this Site is published for general information purposes only. It is not professional advice of any kind. In particular:

• Nothing on this Site is immigration advice.
• Nothing on this Site is legal advice.
• Nothing on this Site is tax advice.
• Nothing on this Site is financial advice.

The Content reflects information available as at the date shown on each page. Official requirements change. You must verify the current position directly with the administering authority before making any commitment. We accept no responsibility for action taken in reliance on Content that was accurate when published but has since been superseded.

4. Engagements

If you enquire about an Engagement, the enquiry is free and creates no obligation on either side. An Engagement begins only when both parties have agreed to a written scope and fee note. Nothing in these terms or on this Site constitutes an offer of services. No engagement is created by submitting an enquiry, exchanging messages, or reading any page on this Site.

The terms that govern any Engagement are set out in the scope and fee note agreed for that Engagement, which takes precedence over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

5. Fees and payment

Advisory services are charged as a flat fee per service (for example, a fixed fee for MM2H, DTV, or ABTC document coordination). The applicable fee is quoted and agreed in writing before any work begins.

6. Cancellation and refunds

A deposit is required before work begins on your engagement. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit will be refunded in full.

7. Intellectual property

All Content on this Site — including text, structure, selection, and arrangement — is the intellectual property of Living Life Asia or its licensors. You may read, share, and cite Content for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided you attribute the source and link to the original page. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute Content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Factual data drawn from official government sources is in the public domain. Our selection, arrangement, commentary, and presentation are not.

8. User conduct

You agree not to use this Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive; to transmit any material that is false, defamatory, offensive, or infringes any third party’s rights; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; or to use automated means to scrape, index, or reproduce the Site’s Content at scale without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy and, where applicable, our PDPA notice. By using this Site, you consent to those policies.

10. Third-party content and links

This Site contains links to third-party websites, including government portals and official sources. These links are provided for reference only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites. A link does not constitute an endorsement. Living Life Asia is not connected to, endorsed by or affiliated with any government body.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its Content. This limitation applies in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Living Life Asia and its principals, employees, and contractors against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Singapore.

15. Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

16. Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy policy, PDPA notice, Disclaimer, and any applicable Engagement scope note, constitute the entire agreement between you and Living Life Asia in relation to your use of the Site. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.

17. Severance

If any provision of these terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be severed. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
